Until we can reduce the number of work zone deaths, ATSS Foundation provides scholarships for loved ones of fallen or permanently disabled roadway workers. It is our hope to eventually give out zero scholarships as a result of zero fatalities.

AWARENESS PROGRAMS

The National Work Zone Memorial is available to anyone interested in increasing roadway safety awareness. The Foundation encourages ATSSA members or chapters, state DOTs and industry leaders to host it at their next event.

National Work Zone Safe Teen Driver Program

Learn how to become work zone safe by taking a free online driver safety course, geared toward teens and young drivers.

Experience Camps Travel Scholarship

Experience Camps are a national network of free one-week, overnight summer camps and year-round programs for children and teens (grades 4–12) who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver.

Work Zone Safety Educational Activity Book

This educational activity book teaches children how to stay safe in construction work zones. It’s filled with various activities, coloring and learning and is available to anyone interested in learning more about work zones.
